You are responsible for installing and using the software safely and for activity carried out through your systems.

• Interfering with the integrity, performance, or security of our website or related services.

We may suspend or restrict access to services we operate where needed to protect users, antiburn, or the public.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of coding-agent session logs and other data you use with the Services ("Your Data"). The antiburn software processes Your Data locally on your device. We do not receive Your Data unless you choose to share it with us.

If you send us Your Data, for example in a support request, you grant antiburn a limited licence to host, process, and use it only as needed to provide support and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, consents, and legal bases required to use or share Your Data.

5. Fees and Payment

The Services are currently provided free of charge. If we offer paid services in the future, the applicable fees and payment terms will be shown before you purchase them.

You are responsible for any third-party fees, taxes, duties, or government charges arising from your use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property and Open Source

The antiburn software is made available under the open-source licence identified in its source-code repository. That licence governs your use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software, and these terms do not limit rights it grants you.

antiburn and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services not granted under that open-source licence, including branding, website content, and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with or rely on third-party software, tools, and platforms. antiburn is not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". antiburn does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that findings, estimates, or recommendations will be complete, accurate, or fit for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, antiburn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

antiburn's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by you to antiburn for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. antiburn may suspend or terminate access to services we operate for material breach, legal requirements, or security risk.

Termination of these terms does not end any rights that continue under the software's open-source licence. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and antiburn submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
